学会控制，别一味的猛冲，战略上要有急有缓，学会让女人跟着你的步子走，掌控她的欲望走势，她快来了就狠冲几下，分散自己的思维，等女人的高潮过去了不应期来了就放松一下，抽插几下再缓几下。
